All full price* clothing that is unwashed, unworn, and still tagged may be returned 7 days after purchased for a full refund or up to 14 days after purchase for store credit.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited in the form of store credit. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund. (shopkellyfields@gmail.com)

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
