All full-priced clothing items that are in original condition - unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached - may be returned for up to 14 days for store credit.* We reserve the right to refuse any return request if the item does not meet the conditions within the return policy.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry 
  • Hair Accessories
  • Intimates 
  • Bodysuits
  • Shoes
  • Cosmetic Items 
  • Face Masks

Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds back on to the original form of payment. Store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card for in-store returns. Online returns will receive an e-gift card sent to their email. 

In Store Purchases:  Purchaser has 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible* items for store credit.

Online Orders: To begin processing your return, please email and provide your order number + what you are wanting to return. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and has 14 days from date of delivery to return eligible* items for store credit. 

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed with an e-gift card that can be used online or in store. 

Exchanges: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. Store credit will be issued to you in the form of a physical gift card or e-gift card for your return. 

Price Adjustments: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order. 

Damaged or Defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days.

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do? We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact: - and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
