Where do you ship?
Kelly Fields ships to the United States and Canada.
How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
FREE shipping on orders over $50!
USPS Shipping: By selecting the flat rate $4.95 USPS option, your package is expected to arrive within 2– 7 business days.
UPS Ground Shipping: By selecting this shipping method your order will be insured by UPS and is expected to arrive within 2 – 5 business days.
UPS 2-Day Express Shipping: Our fastest and most efficient method of shipping is UPS 2 – day Express. By selecting this method of shipping you will receive your order within 2 days.
**Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 24-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend express delivery. You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.
How to I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at kellyfields.com. Make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Kelly Fields. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
All full price* clothing that is unwashed, unworn, and still tagged may be exchanged up to 14 days after purchase.
Exchanges at Kelly Fields are FREE! Email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label, and the shipping on your exchange package is free as well.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited in the form of store credit. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
