Kelly Fields accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.

Kelly Fields ships to the United States and Canada.

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?

FREE shipping: orders over $100! 

FREE In-Store Pick Up: (Columbia, MO ONLY, any orders outside Columbia, MO will be canceled)

Standard Shipping: $7.95 (Order Processing is 1-3 Business Days and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 2-5 Business Days)

USPS Priority Shipping: By selecting the flat rate $12.95 (Order Processing is 1 Business Day and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 2-3 Business Days)

USPS Next Day Air Saver: $35 (Order Processing is 1 Business Day and Once Shipped Will Arrive Within 1-2 Business Days)

**Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 24-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend express delivery. You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.

How to I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at kellyfields.com.

 Make sure to add shopkellyfields@gmail.com to your email contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Kelly Fields. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
